After the issuance of the inspection proposal, the court has repeatedly visited and investigated the dumping site involved in the case together with the environmental protection, public security and other departments, deeply participated in the later environmental restoration work, tracked the environmental restoration in real time, followed up the on-site monitoring during the restoration process in a timely manner, tracked and supervised the use of ecological restoration funds, promoted the restoration and treatment of the ecological environment, and effectively solved the environmental pollution problems at the dumping site, To safeguard the national and social public interests.

In addition, the hospital also thoroughly analyzed the cause of the case and the loopholes and weak links in the system and management of the supervision unit, and assisted the competent department in establishing rules and regulations to achieve both the symptoms and the root causes.
