Whether it is the temporary construction in the early stage of the project, or the peak period of the project, or the commissioning stage, Tao Chunxing can follow the regulations, specifications, strong implementation, design drawings and manufacturer data, guide the installation and commissioning work by combining theory with practice, actively communicate with the construction unit, study the company's standardization, so as to understand by analogy Draw inferences from one instance to make the investment estimate cost more accurate and practical, and save expenses. He has been awarded many honorary titles such as excellent technician, outstanding employee, quality control star, etc. In the early design stage of Takara project, Tao Chunxing worked hard every time he reviewed the drawings, repeatedly studied the design drawings to understand the design intent, consulted the Sino Indian contract, and then modified the unreasonable design according to the work experience and the characteristics of the project. When Anhui Institute submitted the first version of the CEMS drawings to the technical personnel of Takara Project Department for review, as the CEMS design is a domestic conventional design, there is no major problem in the view of the technical personnel. Tao Chunxing found that CEMS did not need to meet EPA standards. However, the contract of Takara project clearly requires that CEMS must meet EPA standards, Tao Chunxing collects and summarizes relevant data and sends them to the design institute, and holds a special review meeting to discuss them. Finalize the design modification, perform according to the contract requirements, and lay the foundation for saving time in subsequent equipment bidding.
Work hard to stick to the front line
During the installation and commissioning of Takara equipment, Tao Chunxing and the installation and commissioning personnel jointly adhered to the site, followed and guided them throughout the process, found problems and solved them in a timely manner to ensure steady progress of the work. As one of the conditions for the integrated startup of Unit # 1 required by the Owner, PLN, is that the installation and commissioning of the fire alarm system in the whole plant must be completed and passed the acceptance of the installation supervisor and the commissioning supervisor. The fire alarm system of the whole plant arrived at the site on July 25, of which 12000 meters of protective tubes need to be installed, 2325 detectors and alarm devices need to be installed, 65 kilometers of cables need to be laid and piped, 3626 cables need to be connected, and the commissioning of the fire alarm bus system of Unit # 1 and the auxiliary workshop needs to be completed. This work has brought great pressure to the profession. Tao Chunxing has risen to the challenge and worked overtime until the early morning to quickly solve all problems caused by installation and commissioning, paving the way for installation and commissioning. So as to truly achieve a virtuous circle of debugging, promoting installation and ensuring debugging. So that all work can be carried out quickly and orderly. On August 26, 2017, the fire alarm installation and commissioning of # 1 unit and auxiliary workshop were successfully completed, and passed the acceptance of installation supervision and commissioning supervision. It was highly praised by the leaders of the Project Department and PLN. Strive for valuable time for the integrated startup of Unit # 1, and lay a solid foundation for the stable operation of subsequent units.
