After opening, the headquarters will send a supervision manager to the store for coaching. If the franchise stores have additional manpower needs, the headquarters will provide paid support after coordination. At the same time, the headquarters will continue to offer training courses to franchisees and their employees to strengthen communication with franchise stores.
4. Operation guidance and assistance
Before opening, formulate the progress of opening preparation, assist in planning the opening advertising and promotion activities, and provide standard operation manuals as operation specifications;
After opening, the relevant personnel of the headquarters will irregularly go to the franchise store for supervision and guidance, and hold an operation review meeting with the franchisees to help improve store management and improve performance.
5. Advertising and promotion
In order to improve the business performance of franchise stores, the headquarters will provide opening advertising and promotion programs, regularly hold national and regional promotional activities, and assist in formulating single store marketing activities.
6. Raw material procurement and distribution
The raw materials of the franchise stores are supplied by the suppliers designated by the head office, and a small part of the materials are specified by the headquarters, and the franchisee purchases locally; The distribution of raw materials is based on the distance between the franchise store and the headquarters and the inventory demand. Regular orders are placed weekly or monthly. The relevant logistics management and transportation costs are borne by the franchisee.
