You clearly understand and agree that the soon to be franchised network will not be liable for any damages arising from any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to losses in profits, goodwill, use, data and other aspects or damages for other intangible losses (whether or not the soon to be franchised network has been informed of the possibility of such damages): (i) use or failure to use the "Service"; (ii) the cost of obtaining substitute goods and services arising from the purchase or acquisition of any goods, samples, data, materials or services through or from the Services, or the receipt of any information through or from the Services, or the conclusion of any transaction; (iii) Access or change your transmission data or data without approval; (iv) Any third party's statement or behavior on the Service; Or (v) any other matter relating to the Services for any reason, including negligence.

Article 17 Compensation

You agree that a third party may lodge a claim (including judicial fees and other professional fees) against the soon to join network and its subsidiaries, branches, directors, employees and agents due to your violation of this agreement or other documents incorporated into this agreement as mentioned herein, or because you violate the law or infringe the rights of a third party, You must compensate the soon to join network and its subsidiaries, branches, directors, employees, agents to protect them from losses.

Article 18 Compliance with Laws

You shall comply with all relevant laws, regulations, rules and regulations related to your use of the "Service", and your purchase and sale of any goods, services and provision of business information.

Article 19 No agency relationship

You and the soon to join network are only independent contractors. This Agreement is not intended to form or create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment and being employed or franchise granting and being granted relationship.

Article 20 Advertising and Financial Services

You communicate with or conduct business dealings or participate in the promotion activities of advertisers who are looking for on or through the "Service", including the payment and delivery of relevant goods or services, as well as any other terms, conditions, guarantees or statements related to such business dealings, only between you and the advertiser. You agree that, for any loss or damage of any kind arising from any such business dealings or the presence of such advertisers on the "Service", Franchise Network shall not be responsible or bear any responsibility. If you intend to create or participate in any service related to any company or investment through the "service", or collect or request any news information, cautionary information or other materials related to any company, investment or through the "service", please note that the franchise network will not be concerned about the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any such materials transmitted through the "service" Profitability is responsible or assumes any responsibility, and will not be responsible or assume any responsibility for any transaction or investment decision made based on such information.

"Service" or a third party can provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. As the soon to join website does not control such websites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that the soon to join website is not responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and do not recognize any content, publicity, products, services or other materials on or available from such websites or resources, nor are you responsible or liable for them. You further acknowledge and agree that Franchise Network will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused (or claimed to be caused) by using or relying on such content, publicity, products, services or other materials obtained from such websites or resources.

Article 22 Notice

Unless otherwise specified, any notice shall be sent by e-mail, and (in the case of the franchised network) the e-mail address is help_jiameng.com@vip.163.com , or (as far as you are concerned) send it to the email address you provided to the soon to join network during the registration process, or such other address specified by the relevant party. Twenty four (24) hours after the e-mail is sent, the notice shall be deemed to have been delivered unless the sender is informed that the relevant e-mail address has been invalidated. Alternatively, the soon to join network can send the notice to the address you provided to the soon to join network during the registration process by prepaid registered mail and request receipt. In such case, the notice shall be deemed to have been delivered three (3) days after the date of posting.

Article 23 Force Majeure

For reasons beyond the reasonable control of the upcoming franchise network, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes or riots, material shortages or rationing, riots, acts of war, government acts, communication or other facilities failures or serious casualties, which cause the upcoming franchise network to delay or fail to perform, the franchise network will not bear any responsibility for you.

Article 24 Transfer

You do not need to agree to transfer this agreement.

Article 25 Other provisions

This agreement supersedes any previous written or oral agreement on the same matter between you and the soon to join network. All aspects of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be revoked and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. The clause headings are for convenience only and do not in any way define, limit, interpret or describe the scope or limits of the clause. The failure of the soon to join network to take action on a breach of contract by you or other people does not mean that the soon to join network will withdraw its right to take action on any subsequent or similar breach.

Article 26 Litigation

Any dispute arising from or related to this statement or the services of the upcoming franchise network shall be brought to the people's court where the upcoming franchise network is located, and the laws of the People's Republic of China shall be the governing law.
