Keep tight political discipline

● Party members and cadres should carefully study the Party discipline and rules, always tighten the political discipline, take strict observance of the Party's political discipline and rules as the foundation of standing, and always be "sensible people" in politics
Strict discipline is our party's fine tradition and unique advantage. In the long-term revolutionary struggle and construction practice, the Party's discipline construction has gradually formed a complete discipline system, including political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, work discipline and life discipline. Among them, political discipline is the most important, fundamental and critical discipline as a code of conduct that must be observed by Party organizations at all levels and all Party members in terms of political direction, political position, political speech and political behavior. To carry out Party discipline learning and education, political discipline must be put in the first place and run through the whole process of discipline learning and education.
Looking back on the centennial struggle of the Party, our Party has gone from small to large, from weak to strong. It can be said that it is the continuous strengthening of political discipline within the Party that ensures that our Party's revolution and construction cause continues to move from victory to victory. Because political discipline is the discipline of leading and managing the general leadership, and it has a basic and fundamental position in the Party's discipline system. The weakness and relaxation of political discipline will inevitably lead to the relaxation of organizational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, work discipline and life discipline, and various corruption problems will also inevitably breed, eventually destroying the ruling foundation of the Party and harming the cause of the Party. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to the construction of the Party's political discipline, tightened political discipline and rules, constantly strengthened system building, formulated or revised a series of important intra party laws and regulations, such as the Several Guidelines for Intra Party Political Life in the New Situation, and the newly revised Regulations on Discipline and Punishment of the Communist Party of China put political discipline first, Articles 49 to 76 of the "Specific Provisions" respectively provide for the punishment of various acts violating political discipline, which provides a high tension line for Party organizations and party cadres at all levels in the new era to stabilize their political positions and standardize their political behaviors. Party members and cadres should conscientiously study the Party discipline and rules, tighten the political discipline at all times, take strict observance of the Party's political discipline and rules as the foundation of standing, and always be "sensible people" in politics.
The first thing to observe political discipline is to safeguard the authority of the Party Central Committee and centralized and unified leadership. The Chinese army's tent is devising strategies, and a chess game is clear. To safeguard the authority and centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee, we must always take the Party's flag as the banner, the Party's direction as the direction, and the Party's will as the will. We must always be one heart and one mind with the Party when it loves the Party, speaks for the Party, cares for the Party, and serves the Party. For some time, some Party members and cadres have failed to consciously uphold the authority of the Central Committee of the Party and centralized and unified leadership, while some have been disloyal to the Party, dishonest, duplicitous, and duplicitous; Some go their own way, lack the sense of overall situation and the idea of "one game of chess"; Others openly express opinions on major political issues that are contrary to the spirit of the Party Central Committee, and so on. If these problems are not resolutely overcome, they will cause serious damage to the cause of the Party and the people. Party members and cadres should deeply understand the decisive significance of the "two establishment", strengthen the "four consciousness", strengthen the "four self-confidence", achieve the "two maintenance", implement the CMC chairman responsibility system, always maintain a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee in ideology, politics and action, and resolutely safeguard the authority and centralized and unified leadership of the CPC Central Committee.
Maintaining a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee is not an empty slogan, but a major political principle, which is reflected in the implementation of the Party's line, principles and policies by party members and cadres. In practical work, the practice of discount and flexibility in the implementation of "having policies at the top and countermeasures at the bottom", the practice of "no orders, no restrictions" and "one set of overt and one set of covert" on the major decisions and deployments of the Party are all serious violations of political discipline and must be stopped. Party members and cadres should persist in arming their minds with the Party's innovative theory, firmly establish a sense of the overall situation and a sense of the overall situation, resolutely implement the Party's line, principles and policies, and faithfully implement the decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee of the Party. No matter how arduous the tasks and challenges are, they should not engage in so-called selective implementation and symbolic implementation. They should firmly ensure that the Central Committee's decrees are unblocked and prohibited.
Observance of political discipline is abstract in terms, but concrete in implementation. It is daily used and unconsciously reflected in the daily work and life of every party member and cadre. For example, in the public, some people pretend to be indifferent to all kinds of wrong statements that attack and discredit the Party. When they are "good men", they feel embarrassed and do not want to stand up and criticize; Some pull relations and engage in small hills, small circles, small gangs, etc. These are all acts of weak political consciousness and even violations of political discipline. Whether leading cadres or ordinary Party members, no matter what kind of work and position we are engaged in, we should always take the rule of discipline to measure our words and deeds. When thinking about problems and doing things, we should always tighten the string of political discipline. We should regard political discipline and political rules as the "red line" in our work and life. We should consciously be afraid, disciplined In this way, political belief, political position and political direction can remain unchanged at any time and under any circumstances.
