Island Introduction

Raffles Maldives Meradhoo used to be the "Jumeirah Dewanafusi Hotel" in the same group as Dubai Sailing Hotel, and also the first seven star hotel in Maldives, commonly known as "JD Island". However, it was acquired by Accor Hotels in 2018 and reopened in February 2019 after redecorating. The hotel is located in Gaafu Alifu Atoll. You can take a 55 minute internal flight and then transfer to a 15 minute speedboat.

 

The whole main island is very small. It only takes more than 10 minutes to circle the island. There are only 38 villas, 3 restaurants and 2 bars on the island. One of the features here is that the water house is separated from the main island, and it can only be reached by boat. The water house also has an independent restaurant, which is also more private. Breakfast is a semi buffet form, lunch and dinner are both ordered, and the taste is western. There is no doubt about the quality of the ingredients, and the quantity is sufficient. Desserts are still unique. It has to be said that the snorkeling environment here is also very good.

Advantages and disadvantages
☻ Hardware facilities inherit the mantle of "Seven Star" JD Island. After being taken over and renovated by Accor Hotel Group, the facilities are basically free of thorns to choose from;
All rooms are equipped with private swimming pools and private butlers. The smallest room is 220 square meters, and the bedroom has a 3 * 2 meter super large bed;
