(I) Medical expenses Medical expenses include registration fees, examination fees, treatment fees, surgery fees, medical fees, hospitalization fees, rehabilitation fees, cosmetic surgery fees and follow-up treatment fees paid by the parties for the treatment of injuries and diseases.
（2） The cost of work delay shall be determined according to the time and income of the party concerned.
(III) Nursing expenses The nursing fee is determined according to the income of nursing staff, the number of nurses and the duration of nursing.
（4） The transportation expenses shall be calculated according to the actual expenses incurred by the party concerned and necessary accompanying personnel for medical treatment or transfer to another hospital for treatment.
（5） Accommodation fee is handled by the person concerned and his/her accompanying staff from other places to the city traffic accident , the actual accommodation expenses.
（6） The food allowance for hospitalization shall be determined by reference to the food allowance standard for business trips of general staff of state organs.
（7） Nutritional expenses Nutritional expenses refer to the expenses incurred by the party concerned to purchase nutrition products other than daily diet for auxiliary treatment or recovery as soon as possible. Nutrition fee according to the party concerned permanent disability The degree shall be determined according to the hospital's opinion and nutrition expenditure voucher.
(VIII) Disability compensation Disability compensation according to the parties Disability level According to the standard of per capita disposable income of urban residents or per capita net income of rural residents in the previous year published locally, it shall be calculated as 20 years from the date of disability determination. However, for those over 60 years of age, one year will be reduced for each additional year of age; If they are over 75 years old, they shall be counted as five years.
（9） The cost of disability aids shall be calculated according to the reasonable cost standard of ordinary and applicable appliances.
