Whether it is a civil trial or a criminal trial, the judgment will be read out at the end of the review activity, and the final process of the case is to execute according to the judgment. If the parties are not satisfied with the judgment or ruling made by the court of first instance, they can appeal within the specified time. However, if they have the ability to refuse to execute according to court judgments and rulings, they may be enforced or even violate the criminal law. According to Article 313 of the Criminal Law, if a people's court is able to execute a judgment or order but refuses to execute it, if the circumstances are serious, it shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or a fine.
