Responsibility for drowning in fish pond

The plaintiff is the spouse and children of the deceased, and there are three defendants: the village committee where the first pond is located, the contractor A of the second pond, and the subcontractor B of the third pond. In October 2018, there was a rain at about 4:00 in the morning. After more than 9:00 in the morning, the dead washed the mud of their shoes in the nearby fish pond after finishing their work in their own vegetable garden, and accidentally fell into the fish pond, drowning.
