Costs of litigation
1. Legal fees (identification fees may be incurred)
Generally, the plaintiff shall pay the legal fees first. After the trial of the case is completed, the written judgment will decide to share the legal fees according to the responsibilities of the original and the defendant. The party who completely loses the case will generally be judged to bear all the legal fees (appraisal fees).
2. Lawyer fees
The lawyer's fee shall be paid by the party who asks for a lawyer. However, in civil and commercial cases, when a party becomes the defendant, the party may ask the plaintiff to pay the fee if it hires a lawyer to defend for it and wins the lawsuit against the plaintiff (the law supports one party to pay the necessary fees paid by the other party for the trial of the case).
