The Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Abolishing the Legal Provisions and Systems on Shelter Education was adopted at the 15th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on December 28, 2019, published on December 28, 2019, and implemented as of December 29, 2019.
