(1) Piece rates shall be charged separately at the stages of investigation, review and prosecution, and first instance.
1. The charging standard at the investigation stage is 2000 yuan to 10000 yuan per piece.
2. The charging standard for the stage of review and prosecution is RMB 2000-10000 per piece.
3. The charging standard at the first instance stage is 3000-30000 yuan per piece.
(2) In the second instance, death penalty review, appeal and retrial stages, the lawyer service fee shall be charged according to the charging standard of the first instance stage.
(3) If the victim files a case of civil suit incidental to criminal proceedings and falls within the scope of the government guidance price, the charging standards for civil proceedings stipulated in this Circular shall be implemented; If it falls within the scope of market adjusted prices, the law firm and the client shall negotiate to determine the charging standards.
(4) If a criminal suspect or defendant is involved in more than one crime or several criminal facts at the same time, the charges may be charged separately according to the crime or criminal facts involved, and the charges may be reduced at the same time.
(5) For major, difficult and complex cases, the law firm and the client can determine the charging standard within 5 times (including 5 times) of the specified standard after consultation. The determination standards for major, difficult and complex cases shall be separately formulated by the Municipal Bureau of Justice.
（2） Acting as an agent in civil and administrative litigation cases where citizens request payment of labor remuneration, compensation for work-related injuries, alimony, alimony, pension, relief, social insurance benefits or subsistence allowances, and compensation (compensation) for safety accidents, environmental pollution, land acquisition and demolition The service charge standard for the agent of public interest group litigation cases, such as the citizen's request for state compensation.
(1) Charging standard at the first instance stage
1. If there is no property relationship involved, a piece rate of 2000-10000 yuan will be charged for each piece;
2. If the property relationship is involved, it shall be cumulatively collected in sections according to the proportion of the subject amount:
2000-10000 yuan (including 100000 yuan)
4% - 5% of the part from RMB 100000 to RMB 1000000 (including RMB 1000000)
3% - 4% of the part of RMB 1 million to 5 million (including 5 million)
2% - 3% of the part of 5 million to 10 million yuan (including 10 million yuan)
1% - 2% for the part of 10 million to 50 million yuan (including 50 million yuan)
0.5% - 1% for the part above 50 million yuan
(2) Lawyer service fees shall be charged for cases of second instance, appeals and retrials according to the charging standards of first instance.
（3） If the client and the law firm reach an agreement through consultation, the time charging method can be adopted, and the charging standard is 200-3000 yuan/hour.
（4） According to different service contents, the fees for lawyer services with government guided prices may be charged by piece, by the proportion of the target amount, or by time. Only one charging method can be adopted for the same entrusted item.
（5） The fees charged by the same law firm for the second instance, death penalty review, appeal and retrial of the same case shall be reduced as appropriate.
