The spot check focused on three major production areas, Zhejiang, Guangdong and Shanghai. The batch qualification rate in Zhejiang was 70.0%, 51.8 percentage points higher than that in 2015; The pass rate of batches in Guangdong was 95.8%, 25 percentage points higher than that in 2015. （1） The heat resistance and flame resistance are unqualified.
In this spot check, 5 batches of products were unqualified, and the single item qualification rate was 92.6%. The main reason for the disqualification of the fire resistance test is that the manufacturer did not add flame retardant or did not add enough flame retardant in the cushion material of the intelligent toilet in order to pursue the appearance color and reduce the manufacturing cost.
（2） The grounding measures are unqualified.
In this spot check, 5 batches of products were unqualified, and the single item qualification rate was 92.6%. If this item is not qualified, the grounding terminal may be accidentally loosened, which may lead to grounding failure. If the product leaks electricity, it may cause an electric shock accident. On the one hand, the enterprise did not add lock washer or use nut with lock function when installing the grounding terminal; On the other hand, the ground wire connecting the grounding terminal is shorter than the current carrying wire, so that if the flexible wire slides out of the flexible wire fixing device, the grounding wire is tightened before the current carrying wire, resulting in the product not meeting the requirements.
（3） The input power is unqualified.
Two batches of products were unqualified in this spot check, and the single item qualification rate was 97.1%. The main reason for this disqualification is that the enterprise did not understand the test method of product input power correctly, and the test equipment could not meet the standard requirements, resulting in the enterprise's inaccurate test power, with the nominal value higher than the actual value.
（4） The structure is unqualified.
In this spot check, there are 4 batches of products that are unqualified, and the single qualification rate is 94.1%. Among the four batches of products with unqualified structure, the structure of three batches of products makes the electrical insulation subject to water that may condense on the cold surface or container The main reason for the unqualified structure is that the enterprise does not accurately and comprehensively understand the standard and does not produce in strict accordance with the standard requirements. The structure of another batch of products cannot prevent the inverted siphon phenomenon from leading to the non drinking water entering the water source, which may pollute the drinking water of residents and threaten the health and safety of the water network. The main reason for the disqualification of this type of structure is that the enterprise did not accurately and comprehensively understand the standard and did not add anti siphon structure in strict accordance with the standard requirements.
（5） The power connection and external cord are unqualified.
In this spot check, there are 3 batches of products with unqualified power connection and external cord, and the single qualification rate is 95.6%. Among them, the cord fixing devices of 2 batches of products could not effectively fix the cord, which led to obvious tension or even jumping off of the terminal, which was very prone to electric shock accidents and posed a great threat to personal safety. The main reason for this type of disqualification is that the enterprise does not produce in strict accordance with the standard requirements, and the set cord fixing device cannot meet the requirements. In addition, the nominal cross-sectional area of the power cord conductor of one batch of products is lower than the standard requirements. If the input current is too large, it is easy to cause conductor heating, accelerate the aging of the power cord, and long-term use will reduce the insulation performance and may even cause a fire accident. The main reason for this type of disqualification is that the enterprise did not select a power cord with sufficient cross-sectional area.
（6） Screws and connections are unacceptable.
In this spot check, there is one batch of products that are unqualified, and the single item qualification rate is 98.5%. This disqualification may cause the grounding connection to fall off and the product to be grounded ineffectively, which may lead to electric shock and personal injury in case of electric leakage. The reason for this disqualification is that the enterprise is not familiar with the standard requirements, and the safety of screws and connections is not paid attention to in the design and manufacturing process of the product.
（7） Technical requirements for safe water level and safe water level of water tank are unacceptable.
The technical requirements for safe water level of one batch of products and the safe water level of the water tank were unqualified in this spot check, and the single qualification rate was 95%. If the project is unqualified, the water in the water tank of the toilet will be sucked back into the drinking water pipe network under certain conditions, polluting the drinking water of residents and posing a great threat to the health and safety of the water network. The main reason for the disqualification is that the enterprise failed to carefully control and inspect the quality of the technical requirements for the safe water level of the intelligent toilet and the safe water level of the water tank according to the standard requirements in management, or failed to carefully adjust according to the standard requirements in order to reduce costs.
