The new M7 is my first time to buy a car in my life. After a few months of watching the car in 2023, I just saw the release of the new M7. I learned on the Internet that it is a large-scale SUV with intelligent driving jointly released by Huawei and Celis. A test drive was conducted at the end of October 23. Due to the great trust and support of Huawei, it was not long before the five seat top configuration was ordered, and then there was a long wait. At the beginning, I said that I would wait 6-8 weeks, then I said that I would wait 8-10 weeks, and then I notified that I could not pick up the car before the Spring Festival (when ordering, I made it clear that I could pick up the car before the Spring Festival). When the sales said that the car would not be picked up until after the festival, they also asked about the upgrade in 2024, and the sales clearly said that this car was sold out and would not be changed in the short term! Having confidence in excellent domestic enterprises such as Huawei and even Celes, I believed and chose to continue to wait, and finally waited nearly 4 months before finally collecting the car. After collecting the car for more than two months without first maintenance, we received the news that the new M7 has been upgraded, and learned that the new M7 has been upgraded to include key configurations such as laser radar, chassis suspension and audio. After receiving the news, I felt a deep chill in my heart. I felt not only stabbed in the back, but also cheated! It is normal for the car to be upgraded. As an old customer, we also hope that your car will be better and better, and your brand will be better and better. But so suddenly! No warning! No advance notice! In addition, some of the sales below mislead customers by making promises to guarantee their performance. These are extremely unfair to regular customers who have recently collected cars. They can be said to be fraud! Even if there are reasons to refute that this does not violate the law, is it involved in the ethics of the automobile enterprise? In view of this situation, car companies are strongly required to compensate car owners who pick up their cars after the Spring Festival, including but not limited to upgrading smart driving laser radar, which involves real upgrading. Otherwise, it will affect the information of hundreds of thousands of old customers. Will a large number of old customers choose Celus and Huawei for replacement and upgrading in the future, and will they recommend their friends and relatives for replacement and upgrading? The voice of a young car collector!
