Municipal and county (city, district) health committees (bureaus):

In accordance with the Administrative Measures of Zhejiang Province on Administrative Normative Documents (Provincial Government Decree No. 372), the Commission comprehensively sorted out the administrative normative documents formulated before December 31, 2022, determined 112 administrative normative documents that remain valid, temporarily retained 20 administrative normative documents reissued after modification, and 17 abolished administrative normative documents. The results of the clean-up will now be announced.

This Circular shall come into force as of February 10, 2024. The Notice of Zhejiang Provincial Health Commission on Publishing the Results of Clearing up Administrative Normative Documents (ZWF [2021] No. 46) shall be repealed at the same time.
