This will help protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees and provide a legal basis for resolving disputes. The second is that employers or relevant departments and groups pay social insurance premiums for "mom post" employees, including medical insurance, work-related injury insurance, etc. This helps to provide necessary security for employees and reduce the economic burden caused by unexpected risks. Third, the Women's Federation and other organizations should strengthen the contact with the employees of "Mama Post", safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, listen to the demands of employers, establish and improve the mediation mechanism of labor disputes, and jointly protect the healthy development of "Mama Post", a new thing.
