However, some artists failed to live up to their fans' expectations and abused their feelings, turning a trump card into a bad one. Some popular groups were suspected of lip synching, some fans bought "pillar tickets" at high prices, and scalpers scalped tickets to seriously disrupt the market order. According to the data released by China Consumer Association, in the third quarter of last year alone, complaints about screening and performance services increased by 216.23% year on year.

Most of the emotional fans have a high degree of tolerance. If the singer cannot complete the performance due to objective reasons, it will not cause conflicts. But the premise is that the performance sponsor should show a sincere attitude. Many stars have precedents in this regard. The audience can basically understand the suspension of performance, ticket refund or postponement, or other compensation programs because of fever or physical discomfort. The most taboo is to fool the fans by being clever and farfetched when responding.

Singers and fans, revenue and market are all mutually successful. Except for a few iron fans, the feelings and wallets of most fans can't stand being let down repeatedly, and the invisible hand of the market will also show its power. The handling result of Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism is not clear at present, but it is time to make a breakthrough by setting relatively clear standards for artistic products or services and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
