Project Introduction

Social investment low-risk engineering construction projects refer to social investment new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects and internal decoration projects that do not directly use public financial investment at all levels for construction, with the above ground floor area not more than 10000 square meters, the building height not more than 24 meters, the underground floor area not more than 2000 square meters, and the excavation depth not more than 3 meters. The technical requirements are simple. Among them, the construction projects with the investment amount of less than 1 million yuan or the construction area of less than 300 square meters (including 300 square meters) do not need to apply for construction permits and joint acceptance. The list of low-risk construction projects shall prevail.

Description

New social investment low-risk projects in the administrative area of this city shall be applied and accepted in the form of "one form". When the construction unit applies for the construction project planning permission at the district level government service agency, it needs to fill in the Application Form for Construction Project Handling (including the application for tree cutting permission, construction permission, and municipal utilities access). The district level government affairs service agency shall accept the application for the planning permission of construction projects, as well as the application for cutting and moving trees permission, construction permission and municipal public facilities access. The time limit for handling the construction project planning permission shall not exceed 6 working days.
