2.3 After becoming our VIP customer, users should properly keep their POP platform account and password, and should regularly or irregularly change the password to ensure account security. The user shall not lend, transfer or use the POP platform account for other illegal purposes, otherwise, if the account is not properly kept and causes POP losses, the user shall bear the corresponding legal liability, unless there is evidence to prove that this behavior has nothing to do with the user; If the user's own losses are caused, the user shall bear the responsibility, and POP will not bear any responsibility. If the user loses due to the theft of the POP platform account or other non user reasons, the user should immediately notify the POP customer service and report to the public security organ.

3.1 Users should take the initiative to provide POP with registration information, and ensure that the registration information provided by them is true, accurate, complete, legal and effective. In case of any change in user information, customer service personnel should be contacted in time to update the information. If the registration information provided by the user is illegal, untrue, inaccurate and not detailed, the user shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom, and POP has the right to terminate the user's right to use POP services in advance.
3.2 When users browse, search and other activities in POP, POP protects the collected user information that involves the user's personal identity and privacy, and promises not to disclose the user's above information or provide it to any third party without the user's permission, but the user agrees to disclose his personal data and privacy information or according to the court summons Except where disclosure is required by legal order or following legal procedures.
3.3 The user agrees that POP has the right to send order information, VIP activities and other notification information to POP users by email, SMS and phone.

1. If it is necessary to deliver the design materials to you, POP will not be responsible for the delay of delivery or delivery due to the following circumstances:
(1) The information you provided is incorrect, the address is not detailed and other reasons;
(2) No one signs for the goods after delivery, resulting in failure or delay in delivery;
(3) Force majeure factors, such as natural disasters, traffic martial law, sudden war, etc.

5.1 The intellectual property rights of all content on the POP website (including but not limited to: photos, text, graphics, logos, creativity, etc.) belong to POP or are authorized by POP according to law. POP website and content are protected by the copyright law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws.
5.2 The copyright of the search and browsing information service and related software provided by POP belongs to POP, which is only for your study and research use. How to use it is up to you. You may not share this service with any third party in any form or use it profitably in competition with POP without POP's written consent. In case of the above behaviors, POP has the right to unilaterally stop the service and terminate this agreement in advance, and the fees paid by the user will not be refunded. POP reserves the right to investigate the legal responsibility of users for the economic losses caused to POP.
5.3 POP has the right to delete all kinds of information content on the website that does not conform to laws and policies or is untrue without notifying users in advance.

In any case, POP shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by power failure, strike, riot, riot, catastrophic weather (such as fire, flood, storm, etc.), explosion, war, government action, order of judicial administrative authority or inaction of Internet operators (including but not limited to China Unicom, Telecom and other network providers).

7.1 All matters related to this agreement are applicable to the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this agreement or related to the performance of this agreement can be settled by both parties through reconciliation or mediation. If the parties are unwilling to settle or mediate, or if the settlement or mediation fails, either party can file a lawsuit to the people's court at the POP platform headquarters (i.e. Qingpu District, Shanghai).
7.2 In case of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the above laws, these terms will be completely reinterpreted in accordance with the laws, while other legal terms will still have legal effect and impact on users.
7.3 The provisions of this Agreement are separable. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed to be completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the provision can be deleted and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
