At 17:10 on the 30th, the center of this year's No. 8 strong tropical storm "Lotan" landed again on the northern coast of Ch'inhua Province, Vietnam. At the time of landing, the maximum wind force near the center was 10 (28 m/s), and the minimum pressure at the center was 982 hPa. Subsequently, it weakened into a tropical depression in northern Vietnam, and the Central Meteorological Station stopped numbering it at 02:00 on the 31st.
