3. Take active response measures for water operations and passing ships in relevant waters, strengthen port facilities, and prevent ships from dragging anchor, grounding and collision;
4. Reinforce or remove the structures that are easy to be blown by the wind. Personnel shall not go out at will to ensure that the elderly and children stay in the safest place in the home, and the dangerous house personnel shall be transferred in time.

2. Stop large indoor and outdoor gatherings, classes and businesses (except for special industries);
3. Relevant emergency disposal departments and rescue units shall strengthen their duty, closely monitor the disaster situation, and implement response measures;
4. For operations on water in relevant waters and passing ships, they should return to the port for shelter, strengthen port facilities, and prevent ships from dragging anchor, grounding and collision;

The government and relevant departments shall do a good job in typhoon emergency and rescue work according to their responsibilities;
2. Stop meeting, class and business (except for special industries);
3. Vessels returning to harbor for shelter shall take positive measures as the case may be, and properly arrange personnel to stay or transfer to safe areas;
4. To reinforce or dismantle structures that are easily moved by wind, personnel should stay in a safe place against wind.
