According to the Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Employment of Full time Collective Negotiation Instructors in the Province (JKBZ [2002] No. 89), the Hunchun Federation of Trade Unions, according to the actual work needs, follows the principle of "openness, fairness and merit" and openly recruits full-time collective negotiation instructors to the society. Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1、 Recruitment plan
Hunchun Federation of Trade Unions plans to recruit one full-time collective negotiation instructor. The recruitment post is dedicated to trade union work.
2、 Recruitment conditions
（1） Persons with the following qualifications can register:
(1) Having the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
(2) Support the leadership of the Party and abide by national laws and regulations;
(3) He is politically competent, has good quality, and loves trade union work;
(4) Retired persons with full-time college degree or above;
(5) Physical health;
(6) With comprehensive word processing ability, organization and coordination ability, cheerful personality, good at mass work.
（2） Personnel who have one of the following circumstances shall not register:
(1) I have violated political discipline; Those suspected of violating disciplines and laws are being examined by the relevant authorities, and no conclusion has been reached yet, and the period of influence of the party discipline and political discipline punishment has not expired; Those who have been subject to criminal punishment or dismissed from public office for committing crimes and those who have been executed for dishonesty;
(2) Foreign personnel shall not be recruited;

3. Registration requirements
Applicants need to download and fill in the Registration Form for the Open Recruitment of Full time Collective Negotiation Instructors by the Hunchun Federation of Trade Unions on the website of the Hunchun People's Government, and submit two copies of ID card, retirement approval form, and three recent 2-inch bareheaded blue background photos.
4. Registration and qualification examination
Registration review time: December 15 to December 23.
Hunchun Federation of Trade Unions reviews the basic information, materials, qualifications and conditions of applicants according to the recruitment conditions and job requirements. Those who fail to pass the review will not be registered. In case of incomplete materials or false information found in the recruitment process, the applicant will be disqualified at any time.
4、 Recruitment examination
The examination is conducted by interview.
Before the interview, Hunchun Federation of Trade Unions reviewed the original of the interviewees. When reviewing the original, the applicant should provide the original of his/her ID card, retirement approval form and other materials according to the requirements of the post conditions. If the original review does not meet the application conditions, the candidate for interview will be disqualified.
The interview sequence is determined by drawing lots, and the interview results are announced on the spot.
5、 Inspection
The Hunchun Federation of Trade Unions carried out the inspection based on the principle of "comprehensive, objective and fair". The inspection mainly includes five aspects of "morality, ability, diligence, performance and integrity", focusing on the actual work performance. Those who fail to pass the examination shall be disqualified from the proposed employment.
6、 Physical examination
Applicants who pass the assessment shall undergo physical examination. The physical examination shall be carried out by the general hospital at or above the county level designated by the open recruitment leading group, and the items and standards of the physical examination shall refer to the Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment. The examination fee shall be borne by the examinee.
Those who give up the physical examination or fail to pass the physical examination will be disqualified from the candidates to be employed.
7、 Employment and treatment
For the employed, the Hunchun Federation of Trade Unions signed a Labor Contract with the employed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Law, the Labor Contract Law and other laws and regulations. The contract should specify the responsibilities, rights, interests and constraints of the full-time collective negotiation instructor. The employed personnel shall have a probation period of 6 months according to relevant regulations. Those who pass the probation period shall be formally employed, and those who fail shall be canceled.
The salary of the employed personnel shall be subject to the provisions of the Administrative Measures of Jilin Provincial Trade Union Full time Collective Negotiation Instructors (Trial), and the salary shall be subject to the current salary level of the same type of personnel at the same post.
8、 Precautions
1. Applicants must fill in the registration information carefully and be responsible for the information and materials submitted. Anyone who practices fraud will be disqualified once verified.
2. This recruitment does not set the proportion of opening examination.
3. This recruitment does not specify examination review materials, and does not hold or entrust any organization to hold examination coaching training courses.
