  • Yang Liangchu, male, born in August 1962, is a researcher and doctoral supervisor. He has been engaged in financial and social security theory and policy research for 27 years, published more than 400 papers, research reports and survey reports, participated in the preparation of more than 30 books and reference books, and participated in more than 40 research projects entrusted by the Institute, central ministries and local governments. He wrote a monograph "Analysis of China's Social Security System" independently, co wrote a monograph "New Theory on Social Security System Reform", and edited a textbook "Social Security Fund Management". Over the years, he has carried out systematic research on China's social security system reform and related policy issues, and has been employed as a consulting expert by the Social Security Reform Office of the State Council. In 2010, he was rated as an expert on special allowance of the State Council. Five doctoral students have been supervised and five doctoral students are studying.
