Social part-time jobs mainly include: members of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China; Vice President of China Association for the Promotion of Social Organizations; Vice Chairman of the National Assessment Committee of Social Organizations; Vice President of China Society for Social Governance; Reviewer of the National Philosophy and Social Science Fund; Member of the Expert Group of the National Party and Government Leading Cadres Competition for Post Examination of the Organization Department of the Central Committee; Chief director of the research on medium and long-term planning for the development of national social organizations; Part time professor and doctoral supervisor of Beijing Normal University. The published works mainly include Frontier Viewpoints of China's Administrative Reform, Analysis and Prospect of China's Political Culture, Development and Management of Chinese NGOs, Capacity Building of Social Organizations, Capacity Building and Development of Social Organizations, Chinese Social Organizations in the Governance Era, and Development Strategy of Chinese Social Organizations.
