Wei Hong: Constitutional Interpretation of the Overall Goal of Ruling the Country by Law

　　 In my personal opinion, the new central leadership's ruling idea is a big goal and three supporting points. One big goal is to build a well-off society in an all-round way and realize the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. There are three basic points to support this big goal. One is to establish the authority of ideology, emphasize theoretical confidence, road confidence, and institutional confidence, and emphasize the responsibility of keeping the land. The purpose is to create an ideological basis for the realization of the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, which is to prevent the decline of theoretical beliefs. The second supporting point is to comprehensively deepen reform and opening up, adhere to and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and promote the modernization of the national governance system and capacity.
