Before the AI big model appeared, most robots on the market could only do some statistics and analysis of data. The rapid development of large model technology has opened a new imagination space for the application and development of robots.

The White Paper on the Development of Shenzhen's Robot Industry in 2023 released in April this year shows that the number of patent applications and authorizations in Shenzhen's robot industry has exploded in the past 10 years. More and more entrepreneurs have entered the robot track. In 2023, there will be more than 10000 newly registered enterprises, and the total output value of the industrial chain will be 179.7 billion yuan.

Full liquid cooling design, new model development, new power system construction, industrial ecology building... Shenzhen's dream of building an "overcharged city" is being accelerated under the promotion of "original innovation" of science and technology.

It usually takes 7 to 8 hours for a household car to be fully charged with a slow charging pile, and only 1 to 2 hours for a fast charging pile. The use of an overcharge pile can charge 80% or more in 10 minutes or less to achieve "one second, one kilometer" and "one cup of coffee, full charge".

As of April 30, 362 overcharge stations had been built in Shenzhen, exceeding the number of traditional gas stations. According to the data of Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau of China Southern Power Grid, the charging capacity of Shenzhen's new energy vehicles reached 670 million kWh in the first quarter, up 10.9% year on year, reflecting the improvement of Shenzhen's new energy vehicle market and the effective operation of charging infrastructure.

The "original innovation" of science and technology is the core to promote new quality productivity and lead high-quality development. In 2019, the Outline of the Development Plan for the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council clearly proposed to "build an international scientific and technological innovation center". In the five years since the issuance of the Outline, the scientific and technological cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao has been deepening, the flow of scientific and technological elements such as data, capital and talents has accelerated, and the scientific and technological innovation strength and attraction of the Greater Bay Area have been growing.

More than 20 academician teams and more than 5400 scientific research talents from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao are constantly running out of the "acceleration" of innovation.

"The large facilities will promote the development and upgrading of the synthetic biology industry. At present, many well-known companies have clearly expressed their intention to use them." Yuan Hai, deputy director of the Institute of Synthetic Biology, Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, introduced that the large scientific devices have been equipped with a 1.5 billion yuan synthetic biology industry fund, and established a full chain enterprise cultivation model of "scientific research transformation industry", The time cycle from original innovation to industrial transformation has been greatly shortened, and scientific research and industry have realized "two-way rush".

At present, the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area has more than 75000 national high-tech enterprises, and a number of technology leading enterprises have emerged, such as Huawei, Tencent, BYD, Midea and Gree. The "Shenzhen Hong Kong Guangzhou" technology cluster has ranked second in the world for four consecutive years.
