Improve the road network system. Actively cooperate with the relevant functional departments of the city to promote the planning and construction of the "five horizontal and six vertical" trunk line network, build a new Chunfeng Tunnel, two eastern transit fast trunk lines and a batch of trunk roads, such as Banyin Channel, Meibu Channel and Buluo Channel, transform and upgrade a number of important node interchanges, and improve the construction of the urban sub branch road network. Build a bus city. Build an integrated public transport system with rail transit as the backbone, conventional public transport as the main body, and taxis as the supplement.
