Improve the road network system. Actively cooperate with the relevant functional departments of the city to promote the planning and construction of the "five horizontal and six vertical" trunk line network, build a new Chunfeng Tunnel, two eastern transit fast trunk lines and a batch of trunk roads, such as Banyin Channel, Meibu Channel and Buluo Channel, transform and upgrade a number of important node interchanges, and improve the construction of the urban sub branch road network.
