Salary:
（1） Hourly workers (interns/student workers)
1. 29 yuan/hour, the department can choose freely, and the minimum working hours are 260 hours. There are 280-300 man hours per month.
2. Income: 7500-8500 yuan/month.
3. More overtime work, with an average of 10-11 hours a day.
4. Resignation report 3 days in advance, short-term or long-term.
5. The comprehensive salary of hourly workers depends on the number of overtime hours worked by individuals. Temporary workers are free to work overtime without limitation. On duty, without wearing clean clothes, the work is simple and easy, without limiting the output, and the salary is paid on the 7th of every month! Unified issuance of bank cards. A salary of 300/500 yuan can be advanced every week.

Regular workers: 5 days and 8 hours
1. Basic salary of 2850 yuan
Plus, overtime pay+performance 300-1000 yuan/month+post allowance 500-800 yuan/month, and comprehensive salary of 7000 yuan for full attendance 200-500 months
2. Overtime pay shall be calculated as per 1.5 times/2 times/3 times of labor law standard;
1.5 times from Monday to Friday/2-3 hours of overtime every day, and the hourly overtime pay is 24.3 yuan.
The overtime on Saturday and Sunday is twice/10 hours, and the hourly overtime pay is 32.4 yuan.
Three times of overtime on holidays, 48.68 yuan per hour.
3. Night snack allowance is 8 yuan/night, and special post allowance is 500 yuan/month.
4. There are many opportunities to assess the salary increase every year, and the assessment salary increase range is 300-500 yuan. The longer the entry, the higher the base salary, the higher the salary.

Workshop environment:
1. The workshop is equipped with: water dispenser and rest room.
2. The workshop is equipped with central air conditioning (warm in winter and cool in summer)

4. The working atmosphere is good and the management is loose. The workshop will play light music during working hours.
5. 15 minutes of rest every 2 hours, 10-11 hours every day; One day off per week and four days off per month.
