This emergency management training aims to strengthen the political consciousness, ideological consciousness and action consciousness of leading cadres participating in the emergency management work of Daishan County to promote the grass-roots emergency management system and capacity building. Through systematic study of courses such as Interpretation of the New Work Safety Law, Emergency Management and Countermeasure Plan for Flood Control, Taiwan Prevention and Disaster Reduction, Double Prevention Mechanism for Accidents and On site Emergency Response, the cadres' awareness of emergency management was improved, the blocking points of grass-roots emergency management were cleared, the front of emergency management was held, and the "last mile" of emergency management was opened.
