In order to deeply implement the strategy of strengthening the county with talents and alleviate the current situation of talent shortage in our county, according to the spirit of the Implementation Measures of Jincheng Municipal Public Institutions for Introducing Talents (Provisional), and in combination with the work arrangement of the activity of "Xiang" meeting the old castle and "talent" gathering in Taihang Jincheng -- the "talent" gathering in Taihang talent double election meeting, we decided to publicly introduce a batch of high-level talents for some public institutions in our county after research. It is hereby announced as follows:

1、 Principle of talent introduction

1. Adhere to the principle of having both ability and political integrity;

2. Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit.

2、 Number and method of talent introduction

Six master's degree students were introduced. See the List of Posts and Conditions for Public Introduction of High level Talents by Some Public Institutions in Zezhou County in 2024 (Appendix) for specific posts and requirements.

For the introduction of master graduates, if the number of applicants who have passed the review does not exceed the number of positions, the assessment will be conducted directly by means of investigation; If the number of applicants who have passed the examination does not exceed 7 times (including 7 times) of the number of positions, the method of interview and inspection will be adopted for assessment, and the comprehensive score=interview score; If the number of applicants who have passed the examination is more than 7 times the number of positions, the written examination, interview and investigation will be adopted for the assessment. After the written examination, the interviewees will be determined according to the proportion of 1:3 of the written examination scores of the recruitment positions (those who do not reach this proportion will be determined according to the actual number of people; those whose scores are tied at the end will be included in the interview), Comprehensive score=written examination score × 60%+interview score × 40%.

The score shall be based on the hundred point system, with two decimal places reserved (the mantissa shall be rounded off), and the minimum qualified line shall be 60 points. For the position without competition, the lowest qualified score is 70 points. If two or more candidates have the same comprehensive scores, the candidates for investigation shall be determined according to the written test scores from high to low; If the written test scores are still the same, the highest score and the lowest score removed during the interview will be added to determine the ranking of scores; If the comprehensive scores are the same, an additional interview will be held, and the candidates will be determined according to the order of high scores to low scores.

3、 Introduction conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, make progress in thought, have good quality, abide by discipline and law, love their jobs, and obey organizational arrangements;

3. The major on the graduation certificate must be consistent with the post requirements and obtain the corresponding degree certificate;

4. Age conditions that meet the job requirements (30 years old and below are born after June 1, 1993);

5. Have the physical condition and psychological quality to perform the duties normally;

6. Meet other requirements of the post.

Postgraduate majors are set according to the specialty database of "China Postgraduate Enrollment Information Network". Postgraduate majors independently set by colleges and universities, majors before the adjustment of professional degree fields, and majors with overseas academic degrees shall be identified by the qualification review department according to the main courses and research directions.

Graduates in 2024 must obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates before the end of July 2024.

The main situations that cannot be applied for:

Persons who have been subject to criminal punishment for crimes and persons who have been dismissed from public office shall not apply for examination; Persons who are found to have committed fraud or other serious violations of employment discipline in the recruitment of government organs and institutions at all levels shall not apply for the examination; A public official who has been dismissed for less than 5 years shall not apply for the examination; Civil servants (referring to the staff of the civil service management unit), staff of public institutions and active servicemen during the probation period shall not apply for the examination; Staffing personnel of organs and institutions in Zezhou County shall not apply for examination; Those who have participated in the examination of public institutions in Zezhou County and have given up their employment due to their own reasons (not under special circumstances) shall not apply for the examination; Personnel who have other circumstances that are prohibited from applying for the exam by laws, regulations and relevant policies shall not apply for the exam. 3. Preliminary qualification

Applicants who have passed the qualification review after submitting the application cannot modify the registration information or apply for other positions; If they have not been reviewed or passed the qualification review before 18:00 on June 20, they can modify their personal information or report to other positions; During the period from 18:00 on June 20 to 18:00 on June 21, if the application for examination is not reviewed or fails to pass the qualification review, you cannot modify your personal information or apply for other positions.

When there is a vacancy in the enrollment of "Position 1" or "Position 2" in the recruitment position, the vacancy will be supplemented to "Position 2" or "Position 1" in the same company and specialty according to the number of vacancies.

4. Online payment

Applicants who have passed the qualification examination will pay online from 9:00 on June 14, 2024 to 18:00 on June 22, 2024 according to the payment method prompted online. 5. Print the admission card

6. Exemption of examination fees

2. Qualification review

3. Interview

The specific time and place of the interview will be announced on the website of the People's Government of Zezhou County without further notice.

The interview adopts the hundred point system. The highest and lowest scores are removed, and the average score is the interview score after accumulation.

(4) Physical examination and inspection

The candidates for physical examination and investigation shall be determined according to the order of comprehensive examination scores from high to low, and the proportion of the number of people to be introduced shall be 1:1.

1. The standards and items of physical examination shall refer to the General Standards for Civil Servant Employment Physical Examination (Trial). Physical examination shall be carried out in general hospitals above county level with physical examination qualification. If the physical examination conclusion is unqualified and requires re examination, the examinee should apply within 3 working days from the date of receiving the physical examination conclusion, and should be arranged in another hospital with the same or higher level of physical examination qualification. If the recruitment unit, candidates participating in the physical examination and their families still have doubts about the re examination results, the hospital undertaking the re examination shall organize relevant experts to carry out a consultation and make a final conclusion. For those who cannot complete all physical examination items due to pregnancy, relevant national policies shall be followed. Those who do not participate in the physical examination on time will be deemed to have given up their qualification.

2. Inspection content: It is necessary to highlight the political standards and focus on whether the candidates meet the political requirements of strengthening the "Four Consciousness", strengthening the "Four Confidence", achieving the "Two Safeguards", and loving the Communist Party of China, the motherland, and the people. Comprehensively understand the political quality, moral character, ability quality, psychological quality, learning and work performance, discipline and law compliance, integrity and self-discipline, job matching, and whether to avoid. Those who fail to pass the physical examination and examination shall not be employed. The vacant posts formed due to the individual giving up the physical examination, inspection or unqualified physical examination and inspection shall be filled in the order of high score to low score (only once) from those who apply for the same post and pass the examination.

(5) Employment and management
