Installation steps of RAETTS70 Leitz turbine blower
1. The installation of frame fans shall be horizontal and vertical according to the slope of the roof.

3. Open at the corresponding roof position and cut off the color steel tile.

6. Cover the color steel tile, wrap the edge, cut the color steel tile and fill the seam. 　　
7. Waterproof, use neutral weather resistant glass glue to fill the gap, any gap may lead to rain water entering, air will be sucked into the gap, and rain water will flow in along the wind direction.

Precautions during operation of turbine high-pressure fan
1. It is difficult to quickly and correctly determine the cause of abnormal noise when the fan is running. It must be fully investigated. The common causes are as follows: the intake pipe absorbs solid impurities; Friction between stator and rotor of fan; The bearing is abnormal. At this time, abnormal sound is often accompanied by vibration. At the same time. Pay attention to the abnormal sound generated by the prime mover and the forced oil supply device.
2. Check that the vibration is the same as the abnormal sound. It is difficult to directly judge the cause of the severe vibration of the fan. Pay close attention to and fully check the casing. There are many types of vibration: mechanical vibration of fluid caused by surge; Vibration caused by poor alignment of fan and prime mover; Improper fan installation and abnormal bearing; The vibration of the impeller is aggravated due to the damage of its running balance; Mechanical vibration caused by point or surface contact of clearance between rotor and stator. 3. It is very important to check the bearing temperature for understanding the working condition of the bearing. It is generally stipulated that the temperature rise of the bearing shall not be higher than 40C from the ambient temperature. In addition. Attention should also be paid to the amount of lubricating oil and its pollution, whether there is oil leakage, oil temperature and oil pressure in different occasions, etc. For fans cooled by cooling water, attention should also be paid to the amount and temperature of cooling water. For fans with oil ring type oil lubricated bearings, confirm whether the oil ring works normally.
4. For the inspection of the shaft seal part, the leakage condition of the shaft seal part, the clearance or contact condition between the stationary part and the shaft, and whether there is contact, heating, abnormal vibration, abnormal noise, etc. at one end should be checked frequently.
5. For other inspections, pay attention to whether there are abnormal changes in air outlet pressure, air inlet pressure, air volume, current, etc. Timely find out abnormal conditions and take precautions.
