Chemical properties, atmospheric aging resistance: radiation resistance and low permeability: it can be exposed to the atmosphere for a long time, and its appearance and function are stable. Similar to polytetrafluoroethylene, perfluoroelastomer has extensive chemical resistance and good heat resistance. Polytetrafluoroethylene waste is incombustible: oxygen limiting index is below 90. Acid and alkali resistance: insoluble in strong acids, bases and organic solvents (including magic acid, namely, fluorine antimony sulfonic acid). Oxidation resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene waste: resistant to strong oxidants. It is not sticky. PEEK properties PEEK resin not only has better heat resistance than other high temperature resistant plastics, but also has high strength, high modulus, high fracture toughness and good size invariance; PEEK resin can maintain high strength at high temperature. Its flexure strength at 200 ℃ can reach 24mpa, and its flexure strength and shrinkage strength at 250 ℃ still have 12~13mpa; PEEK resin has high rigidity, good size invariance and small linear expansion coefficient, which is very close to the metal aluminum material; It has excellent chemical resistance. Among chemicals, only concentrated sulfuric acid can dissolve or crush it. Its corrosion resistance is close to nickel steel. At the same time, it has flame retardancy. It releases less smoke and toxic gas under the premise of flame, and has strong radiation resistance; PEEK resin has good toughness and good decadence resistance to alternating stress, which is outstanding among all plastics and comparable to alloy materials; PEEK resin has tribological characteristics, excellent sliding wear resistance and fretting wear resistance, especially can maintain high wear resistance and low friction coefficient at 250 ℃; PEEK resin is easy for extrusion and injection molding, with excellent processing function and high molding effect.
