Recently, the Changping District Federation of Trade Unions in Beijing held a training class to study, publicize and implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Chinese Trade Union. Liu Changyong, Deputy Secretary and Deputy Director of the Party Leadership Group of the Standing Committee of Changping District People's Congress, and Chairman of the District Federation of Trade Unions, requested that trade unions at all levels in the whole district should achieve "three combinations" in the process of learning the spirit of the 18th National Congress of Trade Unions of China, so as to promote the work of trade unions in the whole district to a new level.

The "three combinations" are to combine the study and implementation of the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Chinese Trade Union with the comprehensive implementation of Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party, and the important statements of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work of the working class and trade unions; In contrast to the goals and tasks proposed at the 18th National Congress of the Chinese Trade Union, we should closely focus on the work priorities of the Changping Trade Union and combine them with the ideas for the next step of trade union work; We should closely follow the overall development situation of Changping District, focus on comprehensively accelerating the construction of "four districts", and promote the combination of social governance with trade union reform and the construction and reform of industrial workers. Trade unions at all levels are required to unify their thoughts and find the right direction of work through training, continuously improve the comprehensive ability of trade union organizations and trade union cadres, and promote the work of trade unions in the whole region to a new level.

The training invited experts and professors from China Institute of Labor Relations to explain in simple terms the important statements of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work of the working class and trade unions, and comprehensively and systematically described the clear work tasks of the 18th National Congress of the Chinese Trade Union. During this period, Niu Yamin, representative of the 18th National Congress of the Chinese Trade Union and chairman of the Changpingyuan Federation of Trade Unions in Zhongguancun Science Park, communicated and shared with the trade union cadres who participated in the training.

The relevant person in charge of Changping District Federation of Trade Unions said that, in the next step, trade unions at all levels will focus on the work priorities of Changping Trade Unions, give full play to the role of the main force of the working class, unite and mobilize the majority of workers to actively participate in regional development and construction, and contribute to the high-quality development of Changping District.
