Introduction to racing career
Alex HOFMANN started as an off-road rider, but he soon joined the motorcycle race and achieved good results. Under the guidance of Dieter Seth, Hoffman won the European championship. This title soon made him famous and was unanimously regarded as the most potential driver in Germany. However, due to military service and injury, Hoffman's progress on the car was slow afterwards. In the past three seasons, Hoffman has proved that he is a stable driver and has achieved good results with his efforts. In 2003, at the age of 22, Hoffman became a test driver of Kawasaki team. In two GP games, although he drove a new car with many problems, he incredibly gained points. In 2004, Hoffman's efforts finally paid off and he became the official driver of the team. Hoffman will continue to play for Kawasaki Racing Team in the new season.
