According to the Measures of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region for Recruitment of Auxiliary Police Personnel, and with the consent of the Maigaiti County Party Committee and the government, it is decided to recruit auxiliary police personnel from the public:
1、 Recruitment plan
（1） Recruitment principles
Adhere to the principle of "openness, fairness, competition and merit", and make information, process and results public according to the principle of "facing the society, open recruitment and merit based recruitment" with the employment standard of both ability and integrity.
（2） Number of recruiters
Public recruitment of 150 auxiliary police personnel
（3） Recruitment conditions
Personnel participating in the recruitment shall meet the following conditions:
1. Having the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
2. 18 years old and above (born before June 2006), 35 years old and below (born after June 1989);
3. College degree or above (veterans, military police school graduates, applicants with special skills can be extended to college degree or below);
4. Men are preferred, with a height of 168 cm and above (therefore, in order to enrich the grass-roots police force, the recruitment scope is limited to men in principle);
5. Support the Communist Party of China, support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, safeguard the reunification of the motherland, oppose ethnic separatism and illegal religious activities, maintain social stability and other major issues of right and wrong, take a clear stand and stand firmly;
6. Have good political quality, moral character and physical and psychological conditions for normal performance of duties;
7. Be able to obey the management system and work arrangement of the employer;
8. Physical and mental health, no history of genetic diseases, no infectious diseases, etc., and physical and mental qualities and abilities required for normal performance of duties;
9. Other conditions specified by the recruitment position.
One of the following situations is not included in this recruitment:
1. They, their family members or major social associates participate in illegal organizations, cult organizations or engage in other activities endangering national security;

2、 Recruitment procedures
（1） Registration and qualification review

2. Time of registration and qualification examination: June 4 to 6, 2024 (11:00-14:00 a.m., 16:00-19:00 p.m.);
3. Registration method: on-site registration;
4. Place of registration: Hall on the first floor of the Human Resources Market in Maigaiti County;
5. Registration requirements: Candidates should truthfully fill in a 2024 Registration Form for the Recruitment of Police Assistants of Xinjiang Maigaiti County Public Security Bureau, carry the original and copy of the nationally recognized graduation card, ID card, household register, the electronic registration and filing form of academic certificates of the Ministry of Education (not required for high school/technical secondary school qualifications), the original and copy of the military discharge certificate (not required for non veterans) Four one inch bareheaded blue background gradient photos, no charge for this registration;
6. The qualification review shall be carried out on the applicants who submit the application materials. The qualification review mainly verifies whether the applicants meet the specified qualification conditions for application, and confirms whether the information and materials submitted when they register are true and accurate. If the application materials or information provided by the applicants are untrue, the qualification for this application will be cancelled. 7. After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the household registration candidates of other counties need to get the Political Investigation Form for Police Auxiliary Personnel Recruitment by the Public Security Bureau of Maigaiti County (which can be downloaded by themselves) at the registration point. The public security organ of the place where the household registration is located will complete the political examination and return it to the registration point. （2） Interview
1. Interview time: June 8 - June 9, 2024;
2. Place of interview: Battle Training Brigade of the Public Security Bureau of Maigaiti County;
3. Interview requirements: the full score of the interview is 100. The interview examiner randomly selects the test questions, and the examinees answer the questions in the national common language. Candidates participating in the interview shall enter the waiting area 15 minutes in advance with the interview notice and ID card. Those who are late for more than 30 minutes will be disqualified for the interview. Those who pass the interview can enter the physical fitness area. The interview accounts for 60% of the total score;
4. Interview form: focus on the appearance, Mandarin expression ability, understanding and adaptability, work experience (experience), sense of responsibility and work stability of the finalists. After the interview, the examinee shall score and calculate the scores on the spot and sign for confirmation;
5. Results announcement: the interview results will be announced on the spot in the interview examination room.
（3） Physical fitness test
The physical fitness test standard refers to the Standard for Physical Exercise of Xinjiang Public Security Policemen to reach the Standard, and develops the Physical Fitness Standard Score Table for the Recruitment of Police Auxiliary Personnel by the Public Security Bureau of Maigaiti County. The test items include 100 meter run, 1500 meters for men (800 meters for women), push ups for men (sit up and supine for women), and standing long jump. The specific time and place will be notified later. Only those who pass the physical test can enter the physical examination. The physical test results will be announced on the spot. The physical test accounts for 40% of the total results.
Calculation method of total score: total score=interview score × 60%+physical performance score × 40%. Enter the physical examination according to the ratio of 1:1 of the total score from high to low.
（4） Physical examination
1. Physical examination time: June 10 - June 11, 2024;
2. The items and standards of physical examination shall refer to the relevant regulations on physical examination for police recruitment;
3. The public security bureau will organize the medical examiners to go to the designated medical institution for physical examination. Those who do not participate in the physical examination on time will be deemed to have given up their qualification. The medical examination expenses shall be subject to the standards of the medical examination hospital, and shall be borne by the applicants who participate in the physical examination. Those who give up or fail the physical examination will not be employed. Those who practice fraud or conceal the truth in the process of physical examination, resulting in distorted physical examination results, shall not be employed;
4. If the examinee disagrees with the result of the physical examination, he/she can request a re examination only once, which will be regarded as the final result of the physical examination.
（5） Publicity
According to the comprehensive results of the interview and physical fitness test of the candidates, the results of the physical examination and investigation of the political review, the personnel to be hired will be publicized for 5 working days.
（6） Sign labor contract
If there are no problems or the problems reflected do not affect the employment upon the expiration of the publicity period, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the prescribed procedures; If there are serious problems and there is evidence, they will not be employed; If there are serious problems reported, but it is difficult to verify them for a while, the employment will be postponed until the confirmation and conclusion are made. The labor contract was signed for the first time for one year, and the probation period was one month. If the employee failed to pass the assessment after the probation period, the labor relationship was terminated. Those who fail to go through the employment procedures or work at the post within the specified time shall be deemed as giving up automatically and being disqualified for employment.
3、 Remuneration
The monthly salary of auxiliary police personnel is 4380 yuan (including salary payable, endowment insurance, medical insurance, work-related injury insurance, unemployment insurance and personal accident insurance).
4、 Discipline and supervision
1.
