The company established Qinzhou Rare Earth Smelter in 1993, and expanded sales in 2003 and changed its name to Southwest Manghua Mining Co., Ltd. In 2008, the company was reorganized into Guangxi Manghua Science and Technology Investment Co., Ltd. for strategic development, with a registered capital of 41 million yuan.
