The fully automatic peel, press and seed removal production line of citrus navel orange and pomelo independently developed and manufactured by our company was successfully put into operation on the market in 2008. The whole production line is configured with German technology, and combined with the needs of China's juice and fruit wine industry, the developed flap peeling and juice extraction has a high degree of automatic production. Up to now, the peeling machine of the whole production line has been updated to five generations.
The processing production line is mainly composed of fruit selection and washing system, oil grinding system, peeling, juice pressing and seed removal system, filtration system, sterilization and filling system, etc.
The main machine of the processing production line, the peeler and juicer, adopts the petal type working principle, first cuts the material in half, and then separates the material from the peel and pulp; The production line can also separate the fruit stone for oranges with fruit stone; In addition, the juice taking equipment adopts the working principle of centrifugation to separate the pulp from the original juice.
The processing production line is characterized by large output, fast speed, strong automation, clean and complete peeling, and good juice quality; It is suitable for a wide range of materials, such as citrus, navel orange, lemon, huyou, pomelo, banana, pitaya, pineapple and other tropical fruits.
At present, the market share is up to more than 70%, such as Youxianggu, Zhejiang Changshan Hengshoutang, Guangxi origin, Fujian Lvquan, Jiamei Group, Wuxi Xinchengbao, Sichuan Huida Lemon, Jiangxi Guoran, etc.

The equipment of the peeling and juicing production line includes:
1. Low level elevator: convey the materials to the fruit picker at a uniform speed.
2. Fruit picker: select rotten fruits, miscellaneous branches, miscellaneous leaves, etc.
3. Fruit brushing machine: brush the surface of materials. Suitable fruit brushing machine can be selected according to different materials
4. Fruit washing machine: wash the washed materials for the second time, and spray can be added. The corresponding fruit washing machine can be selected according to different materials.
5. High level elevator: It can transport the cleaned materials to the peel and pulp separator at a uniform speed, which can realize the function of drainage, or add an air drying device.
6. Peel pulp separator (host): we usually call it peeling machine and peeling juice extractor, which is divided into peel channel and pulp channel; For materials with high juice content, gravity flow juice channel can be added.
7. Juice extractor: the peeled pulp is refined to extract juice. If there are pitted materials (such as oranges, pitaya, passion fruit, etc.), it can also be completed in this step. The internal structure of the juice extractor has been specially treated so as not to damage the fruit stone, and the taken fruit stone remains intact.
