Packaging, storage, transportation and precautions
1. FDA certified food grade environmentally friendly silica gel is packaged in 25KG/barrel, 200KG/barrel iron barrel, and the barrel color is mostly blue or white;
2. It belongs to non dangerous goods, but needs to be sealed and stored in a cool place to avoid rain, sun exposure, and overdue vulcanization;
3. Generally, the storage period is half a year. If the viscosity increases during storage, the fluidity can be restored under the action of shear force (stirring). It is recommended to put the rubber in the container and mix it before mixing with the curing agent. It can still be used after the overdue re inspection is qualified.
4. Avoid contact with condensation silicone rubber curing agent during operation. There are also amine, sulfur, phosphorus compounds and some metal salts that can make the rubber unvulcanized.

·Mix the two components A and B by weight 1:1 evenly, and pour after vacuum deaeration. Room temperature (28 ℃): 30 minutes of operation time, 2-3 hours of complete curing; When heated at 60-120 ℃, it can be completely cured in a few minutes.
·The operation shall be separated from the container that has used condensation type silica gel, and the silica gel shall be operated with the unused room temperature silica gel tool.
