1、 Overview
XLZJ-102 ultraviolet flame monitor is mainly used for flame monitoring of gas and oil burning industrial burners. The spectrum of burning radiation of fuel at a certain frequency is, The UV sensor continuously collects and analyzes the combustion spectrum, and outputs the analog flame signal through the calculation of the intelligent frequency synthesis module. The flame signal is processed by the capacitor auto following drift feedback module circuit to obtain a stable flame signal, so as to realize the automatic matching of distributed capacitance between the UV sensor and the monitor, The connection distance between the sensor and the monitor can reach 80 meters without the need to adjust the capacitance matching potentiometer. At the same time, the monitor is also equipped with a monitoring sensitivity adjustment potentiometer and a flameout delay valve closing adjustment potentiometer to further facilitate user use.
The sensor signal line (Line 4) is resistant to short circuit to ground and live wire, distributed capacitance and automatic adjustment. It has high detection sensitivity, strong anti-interference, and is not affected by sunlight, infrared heat radiation, furnace hall high temperature, etc., to ensure the safe operation of the combustion system.
The monitor also adopts imported * * * high-speed data conversion circuit, which can output 4~20mA (to be customized) standard current signal to meet the needs of different working conditions.
II Main technical parameters
1. Work Power Supply :200V~240V•AC50/60Hz
2. Power consumption:<3W
3. Sensor working current:<50 μ A
4. Sensor spectral range: 185 ~ 280nm
5. Detection distance: less than 2m (1 candle with flame height of 45mm)
6. Detection response time:<0.2S
7. Shutdown delay valve closing time: 1-7s adjustable
8. Ignition time: 5~7 seconds
9. Sensor and monitor connection Cable (Signal line): less than 200m
3、 Monitor working procedure
After power on, the monitor outputs timing ignition signal (terminals 5 and 6) and fuel valve opening signal (terminals 6 and 7) at the same time. If ignition is successful, the ignition signal will be closed and then continue to output fuel valve opening signal; If ignition fails, turn off ignition signal and fuel valve opening signal, and output passive start emergency signal signal.
4、 The monitor terminals are defined as follows:
1 Connected to power live wire
2 Connected to power supply zero line
2.3.4 Corresponding flame probe wire code 2.3.4
5.6 Output 220V, connected to igniter
6.7 Output 220V, connected to fuel valve
8.9 Passive normally open output, fire closed
9.10 Passive normally closed output, fire disconnection
Note: If it is sent to DCS control, it can be led out from the terminal. When there is fire, 8 and 9 connections can be made, and when there is no fire, 9 and 10 connections can be made.
