In order to comprehensively strengthen the measures to stabilize employment and promote the employment of people with employment difficulties, according to the relevant provisions of the Shaanxi Provincial Measures for the Development and Management of Public Welfare Posts and the Shangluo Municipal Measures for Employment Assistance, after research, the Shangluo Overseas Chinese Federation is open to the public to recruit a public welfare post worker. Now, the recruitment related matters are announced as follows:
1、 Recruitment principles
Adhere to the principles of facing the society, open recruitment, voluntary and selective employment.
2、 Recruitment quota
It is planned to recruit one public welfare staff.
3、 Recruitment conditions
1. The identification of registered unemployed persons with employment difficulties has been completed;
2. Under 35 years old (born after January 1, 1988), college degree or above, major in administration;
3. Working experience in administrative institutions and state-owned enterprises is preferred;
4. Proficient in computer operating system, strong writing skills;
5. Love the motherland, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and abide by the Constitution and laws;
6. Have a high sense of dedication and responsibility;
7. Have good comprehensive quality, strong sense of organization and discipline, hardworking, down-to-earth style, and dedication;
8. Have certain organization and coordination ability;
9. Physical and mental health, able to adapt to the requirements of the job.
The following personnel are not listed as recruitment targets:
1. Have been subject to criminal punishment and disciplinary punishment;
2. Suspected of violating discipline and laws, being examined but not concluded;
3. There are other circumstances where registration is not allowed as stipulated by laws and regulations.
4、 Employment and management
1. The employment personnel shall be subject to the labor contract system, and the probation period shall be one month. Those who fail to pass the probation period shall not be employed; Those who pass the probation period will be formally employed, and the Shangluo Overseas Chinese Federation will sign a labor contract with the applicant every year for a period of three years.
2. The salary treatment shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Administrative Measures of Shaanxi Province for the Development of Public Welfare Posts.
3. The employed public welfare posts shall be arranged uniformly, and the supervision and assessment shall be strengthened in strict accordance with the Measures for the Development and Management of Public Welfare Posts in Shaanxi Province, and the dynamic use management shall be implemented.

（2） Registration and qualification confirmation
1. Registration time: November 6 to 8, 2023, 8:00-12:00 a.m., 14:00-18:00 p.m.

（3） Recruitment method
1. Qualification review: on-site preliminary qualification review.
2. Examination and assessment: recommendation or examination and assessment shall be carried out according to the Management Measures for Public Welfare Post Development in Shaanxi Province, and the specific time will be notified later.
3. Determine the personnel to be hired: determine the personnel to be hired according to the assessment results in a ratio of 1:1 to the announced number of job plans.
（4） Physical examination
Organize the proposed employees to take physical examination in the designated hospital according to the medical examination standards for civil servant employment, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by the applicants themselves. Those who pass the physical examination will be determined as candidates for employment. （5） Inspection
