（3） Physical examination instructions

4. Those with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, asthma, etc. should carry the drugs they usually take for use. It is recommended not to stop taking drugs on the day of examination.

5. Please cooperate with the doctor to carefully check all items, and do not miss the inspection. If an inspection item is automatically abandoned, it will be treated as "Automatically Abort Employment".

（4） Physical examination requirements

1. The examinee shall participate in the physical examination with the written examination permit and valid ID card, and carry an inch recent bareheaded color photo.

2. Candidates who disagree with the results of the physical examination can apply for reexamination within 2 working days after learning the results of the physical examination. The reexamination is only conducted once, and the conclusion of the physical examination is subject to the reexamination results.

3. The physical examination fee shall be borne by yourself, and the on-site payment and WeChat cash are acceptable. If you pay in cash, please bring your own change.

4. Due to the need of epidemic prevention and control, all candidates must cooperate in epidemic prevention and control according to the requirements of prevention and control during their travel and physical examination.

5. For the vacancy caused by the candidate giving up or failing to pass the physical examination, from the candidates who attend the interview for the recruitment position and have an interview score of no less than 60 points, a physical examination shall be made up in accordance with the total exam scores from high to low (if there is no replacement, the position shall be adjusted or reduced according to the adjustment principle).

4、 Inspection

1. Personnel passing the physical examination enter the investigation. Those who fail the assessment will be disqualified.
