The recruitment and interview of special post teachers in Dali County, Weinan City in 2022 has ended. 1、 Physical examination object

According to Weinan 2022 Recruitment Announcement for Special Post Teachers, the total score of the examination=[written examination score (educational theoretical knowledge+subject expertise) ÷ 2] × 60%+interview score × 40%. 2、 Time and place of physical examination

Time: 7:00 am, August 15, 2022 (Monday)

3、 Precautions

1. Candidates who enter the physical examination shall gather at the designated place on time with their ID cards and get the physical examination form (with a small two inch blue background color photo). Those who fail to participate in the physical examination on time shall be deemed as giving up automatically.

2. Please take a rest 3 days before the physical examination, do not stay up late, eat light, do not drink, and avoid strenuous exercise.

3. In the process of physical examination, if the examinee conceals his/her medical history, impersonates, falsifies or alters the information, he/she will be punished as a violation of the exam entry discipline. If you take certain drugs for a long time, such as weight loss drugs, traditional Chinese medicine preparations and antibiotics, it is recommended to stop taking them in advance. For candidates who must take medicine on time to treat other diseases, please fill in the name and reason of taking medicine in the column of past medical history.

3. Do not drink or eat after 22:00 on the day before physical examination, and keep an empty stomach. To ensure the accuracy of blood examination, please complete blood collection before 11:00 a.m. Avoid wearing clothes with metal ornaments and prints (including dresses and pantyhose), and try to wear loose and comfortable clothes and shoes that are easy to wear and take off.

4. For applicants who can not undergo X-ray examination due to pregnancy, please inform the medical staff and issue pregnancy related examination certificates from hospitals above the second level. After confirmation of pregnancy, the hospital staff will sign to confirm the exemption. However, the pregnancy preparation status is not the reason for rejecting X-ray.

5. After the medical examination, the applicant will leave the medical examination form in the hospital, which will be summarized and submitted by the hospital.

6. The standard of physical examination shall be subject to the standard of teacher qualification recognition. If the examinee disagrees with the result of unqualified physical examination, it is recommended that the examinee not go out soon after the physical examination, but can apply for a re examination. The conclusion of physical examination shall be subject to the re examination result.

7. Do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, hold a nucleic acid negative certificate within 48 hours and accept body temperature measurement, and wear a mask throughout the process (the mask should be removed when checking the ID card). Only those whose body temperature is normal (no more than 37.3 ℃) and "Shaanxi Yimaitong" is displayed as "green code" can participate in the physical examination. Carefully abide by the requirements of hygiene and epidemic prevention. Those who fail to implement epidemic prevention requirements and provide false certificates shall be disqualified and investigated for responsibility in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
