The conference was hosted by the Yangtze River Delta Smart City Cooperation and Development Service Alliance, and hosted by Shanghai Yangtze River Delta Smart City Development Research Institute.

As a pivotal platform to support the mutual recognition, in-depth exchanges and cooperation of government, industry, university, research and application, the digital reception hall in the Yangtze River Delta is a place of resource chain, information gathering, project origin, value creation and win-win cooperation, and will also become the permanent host of the Smart Yangtze River Delta Development Conference.

Alliance experts stationed

In order to create an ecological service mode and promote the integration and innovation of cross industries and cross formats, Dai Ning, president of the Institute of Intelligence of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and director of the Changzhou Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Yuan Tangjun, director of the Asian Economic Research Center of Fudan University, and the first group of 20 experts from different industries have settled in the expert studio of the digital reception hall. They will accurately check the pulse by providing "sit in" services, Provide strong intellectual support for the healthy development of industries in the Yangtze River Delta. At the same time, the digital reception hall in the Yangtze River Delta has attracted the first 30 cooperative institutions, including the Shanghai Branch of the Chinese Computer Society and the Shanghai Computer Industry Association.

At the meeting, six new professional institutions were established, namely, the Alliance Technology Transformation Service Center, the Alliance Carbon Neutralization Research and Industry Promotion Center, the Alliance Digital Security Industry Service Center, the Alliance Legal Service Center, the Alliance Science and Innovation Education Service Center, and the Alliance Digital Culture and Innovation Service Center, which will serve as a link between the Alliance and various industries, and promote the Alliance transformation services to be further in-depth and practical.

First prize of excellent cases

In order to continue to help promote the national strategy of integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, excellent cases of smart Yangtze River Delta digital transformation in 2023 will be released. This excellent case collection activity has been held for three consecutive years, and has received positive responses from member cities in three provinces and one city of the Yangtze River Delta. From 76 cases recommended by 17 cities at the beginning to 137 cases recommended by 25 cities in 2023, the number and quality of cases both set new records.

After expert review and other links, the case of Building Intelligent Flexible Manufacturing Capability of Clothing to Help Enterprises Transform Digitally won the first prize; The cases such as "Supply Chain Construction and Management Based on Big Data Platform in Large Traditional Chinese Medicine Trading Market" won the second prize; The case of "Building a Quantum Education MAN and Creating a Platform for Bright Kitchen" won the award of excellence. The award-winning cases have been compiled into a volume to record the fruitful achievements in the field of smart city construction in the Yangtze River Delta in the process of digital transformation. It is reported that in combination with the trend of digital transformation, the collection of outstanding cases in 2023 will add the category of enterprise digitalization, which has attracted many enterprises to actively participate. On this basis, in 2024, we will further summarize our experience, add more categories of solicitation, optimize the solicitation model, promote more experience and practices of digital transformation, and better play the leading role of amplification and demonstration.

The ecological green integration development demonstration area in the Yangtze River Delta is the first step and breakthrough to implement the integrated development strategy of the Yangtze River Delta; Hongqiao International Development Hub is a hub to promote the integration of the Yangtze River Delta and serve the double cycle. At the meeting, around the Yangtze River Delta Green Ecological Integration Development Demonstration Zone and the Hongqiao International Development Hub, the participants exchanged regional development achievements, talked freely about their feelings, improved their understanding, inspired new ideas, and promoted the integration of the Yangtze River Delta to a new level.
