Recently, the Inspur Information Ecological Partnership Conference (IPF2024) with the theme of "Smart Yuanqi and Innovation" was held in Beijing. Zhuang Binghan said that Intel is constantly enhancing AI functions on new platforms. For example, the fourth generation Intel Xeon is extensible processor The AMX (Advanced Matrix Extension) instruction set is added. Compared with the previous generation platform, its reasoning and training performance is improved by more than 10 times. The fifth generation Xeon scalable processor provides higher computing power, cache and memory bandwidth, while optimizing Software Stack to improve AI performance. And at the end of the Intel At Vision 2024, Intel announced a new brand of Intel Xeon 6. The P-Core based Xeon 6 products will further enhance AI functionality through software hardware collaboration.
