2023 Artificial Intelligence Computing Conference AICC held in Beijing the big model of industry hot discussion and intelligent computing power

On November 29, the 2023 Artificial Intelligence Computing Conference (AICC) with the theme of "intelligent computing is innovation" was held in Beijing. The White Paper on Innovation and Application of Big Models in Beijing's Artificial Intelligence Industry (2023) (referred to as the White Paper for short) was released at the conference. The White Paper systematically analyzes and elaborates on the global development trend of the big model, its application in Beijing, and development suggestions. It selects 18 typical cases covering six industries, including government affairs, finance, medical care, traditional industry empowerment, cultural tourism, and smart cities, aiming to show the application results of the big model in Beijing and promote the docking of supply and demand of the big model.  

At the same time, the conference held the lighting ceremony of the Beijing AI public computing platform, and released the first batch of 104GB Chinese Internet corpora. 20 AI enterprise partners signed a contract on site to jointly build the AI Metabrain Partnership Program.

The report released the rankings of Chinese AI cities and AI industry application penetration. In the ranking of urban AI computing power, Beijing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Suzhou rank top five, while Guangzhou, Jinan, Hefei, Chongqing and Chengdu rank 6-10.
