On the afternoon of November 19, the virtual teaching and research office for management innovation in the intelligent context held a kick-off meeting for the core members of the virtual teaching and research office. The meeting was presided over by Gou Juanqiong, the head of the virtual teaching and research department, and 28 core members of teaching and research departments from 17 universities attended the meeting.
During the meeting, Gou Juanqiong put forward the goal of the meeting: to work together and prepare for the hot line. Gou Juanqiong shared her research on action learning and individual knowledge construction based on virtual imitation situation, which is now centered on "learning". Gou Juanqiong pointed out that all current curriculum knowledge maps are supply side logic, but it is necessary to pay attention to the construction of students' personal knowledge maps. In her course, students need to build their own knowledge map and guide students to comprehensively think about the relationship between knowledge. She also put forward her views on the application of GPT in enterprise organizations, as well as the course system of economic management virtual imitation currently being built by Beijing Jiaotong University based on the virtual imitation platform of enterprise digital intelligence. In the future, she hopes to form cooperation with more teachers of different majors in more colleges and universities through teaching and research cooperation, AI teammate competition, open topics, co building organizations, offline meetings and sharing, and achieve common results in many aspects.
Guo Yanli of Beijing Union University shared the process of her constant exploration and thinking in the teaching process, and the introduction of enterprise digital intelligence virtual simulation experiments from the teaching needs. She believes that the virtual imitation platform of enterprise digital intelligence can play an important role in experimental teaching and extracurricular subject competitions in the future, and provide new materials for management innovation research in the intelligent context and talent training research in the digital intelligence era.
Wang Qu of Shantou University shared her thoughts on the application of virtual simulation platform to human resource management.
Guo Xin, the virtual imitation alliance, highly recognized the current work of the virtual teaching and research department, proposed to lead students to participate in the work of the teaching and research department, and hoped that future members of the teaching and research department would achieve more results in teaching and research through joint teaching and research activities.
