Experiment introduction:

The operating mileage of rail transit in China is the first in the world. The operation and maintenance process of high-speed rail, subway and other rail transit equipment is extremely complex. High speed EMUs alone involve more than 58000 kinds of spare parts. The resulting logistics management problems are more advanced, innovative and challenging than ever before. The logistics management specialty must strengthen the training of students' comprehensive application ability to solve complex management problems. Experimental practice teaching is an important means to cultivate comprehensive application ability. However, the problem of "high cost, irreversibility and fragmentation" generally exists in real experimental teaching forms such as visit and practice. First of all, enterprise logistics management covers the whole life cycle of materials from purchase warehousing to distribution warehousing, with many links, long processes and scattered locations. The time cost and site cost of visits and internships are very high; Secondly, students can hardly experience the management decision-making process in the process of visit and internship, especially the lack of feedback mechanism, students can not perceive the decision-making results, and can not repeatedly deduce to test the decision-making results; Moreover, due to cost constraints, the process of visit and practice often focuses on specific links of enterprise logistics management, and students experience "fragmentation", which is not conducive to cultivating comprehensive decision-making ability from a global perspective. Therefore, it is of great significance for the training of logistics management professionals to carry out virtual simulation experiments on logistics management of rail transit operation and maintenance enterprises and conduct situational, participatory and interactive teaching.

This experiment uses self-developed experimental software - rail transit operation and maintenance enterprise logistics management decision-making simulation system to refine the key decision-making issues of rail transit operation and maintenance enterprise logistics management, and constructs a "full process, rolling" enterprise logistics management decision-making experimental environment to support students through role playing, team cooperation and interactive feedback, Apply the theories and methods of logistics management specialty to find, analyze and solve problems, and cultivate students' sense of responsibility for independent decision-making, sense of pressure for independent learning, and sense of competition for self-evaluation.

This experiment uses the virtual clock technology to simulate the random distribution characteristics of material supply and demand based on the actual data of rail transit operation and maintenance enterprises, realize the customization of experiment process, the autonomy of experiment roles, and the visualization of experiment results, break through the time and space constraints and position boundaries, and provide students with a multi role experience scene. Guide and encourage students to actively explore the decision-making relevance between different logistics management posts, and cultivate students' overall awareness and overall view of solving complex logistics management problems.

This experiment has been evaluated as a school level golden course, and has reached an experiment sharing agreement with Beijing Material College, Beijing Printing College, Hebei University of Science and Technology and other universities.

Experimental teaching objectives:

① Master the business scope, management process and job responsibilities of logistics management of rail transit operation and maintenance enterprises, understand job specifications, and have the ability to perform job responsibilities well;

② Understand the interrelation between the responsibilities and decisions of various posts in the logistics management of rail transit operation and maintenance enterprises, and have a good sense of teamwork and collaboration ability;

③ Master the basic decision-making methods of rail transit operation and maintenance enterprises in the logistics links of planning, procurement, receipt and shipment, sorting, inventory management, distribution, etc., have the ability to find, analyze, and solve enterprise logistics management problems, and be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with industry peers on complex logistics management decision-making problems;

④ Understand the main logistics management performance indicators of rail transit operation and maintenance enterprises, be familiar with the influencing factors of performance indicators, master the performance management methods, and have the awareness of continuous improvement and innovation.
