Hsinchu Jiaotong University is a top research university in Taiwan. The predecessor of Taiwan Jiaotong University was Nanyang Public School founded in Shanghai in 1896. In 1949, when the National Government moved to Taiwan, Jiaotong University in mainland China was taken over by the Higher Education Office of the Shanghai Military Management Commission, and the affairs of Jiaotong University under the National Government were forced to be interrupted. In 1958, it was founded by the college and alumni of the former Jiaotong University in Taiwan. At present, the main campus is located in Hsinchu City, adjacent to Taiwan's Tsinghua University (Tsinghua University). Hsinchu Jiaotong University is famous for its outstanding scientific research and teaching achievements in the fields of management, electronic engineering and computer science. According to the "Ranking of Four Universities across the Straits of China" completed by the research team of the World Class University Research Center of the Institute of Higher Education of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Hsinchu Jiaotong University ranked eighth. On both sides of the Taiwan Straits, Taiwan's Hsinchu Jiaotong University, together with Shanghai Jiaotong University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Southwest Jiaotong University and Beijing Jiaotong University, is also called "five schools and one school".

English level: good English foundation, compulsory, limited weighted score above 80 points
Fee payment: tuition free, other fees paid by oneself
