Almaty Management University (AlmaU) of Kazakhstan, founded in 1988, is the first business school in Kazakhstan and the pioneer of business education in Central Asia. The school offers bachelor's, MBA and DBA degrees in the economic field. Almaty University of Management has 230 academic staff and more than 3200 students. At present, Almaty University of Management has four schools: Business School, Graduate School of Public Policy and Law, School of Engineering Management, and School of General Education.
