("the Company") through its website solidot.org ("Qike solidot") related services based on the Internet and mobile network ("network services"). This service agreement ("this agreement") is applicable to all network services provided by users using "Qike solidot". When the user clicks the "Agree" button during the registration process, it means that the user fully accepts all the terms under the "Agreement".

If the user continues to use the network service of "Qike solidot" after the modification of the terms of the "Agreement", it is deemed that the user has accepted the modification of the "Agreement".

10. Website use and account deletion

• The user understands that any equipment (such as computers and mobile phones) used by the user to use the network services provided by "Qike solidot" and any fees paid (such as taxes, internet access fees, mobile phone fees) shall be borne by the user.
• If, for any reason, "Qike solidot" restricts users from using network services or deletes the account used by users and the relevant content and information in the account, "Qike solidot" has the right to continue to use the relevant content and information.
11. Liquidated Damages
• If "Qike solidot" violates relevant laws, regulations or the terms of the "Agreement" and causes losses to users, "Qike solidot" shall be liable for compensation.
• If the user causes losses to "Qike solidot" or any other third party due to the user's violation of relevant laws, regulations, any clause under the "Agreement" or any commitment to a third party, the user agrees to bear the liability for damages caused thereby, and ensure that "Qike solidot" will not suffer any losses as a result.
12. Disclaimer; Limitation of liability
• Qike solidot and the user agree and hereby confirm that:
• All risks and consequences arising from the user's use of "Qike solidot" service shall be borne by the user itself. "Qike solidot" does not assume any responsibility for the user, and does not make any form of express or implied statement or warranty for the network service.
• "Geek solidot" does not guarantee timely, safe, accurate and reliable service. "Qike solidot" has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the network services and delete the user's account at any time without notice, without any liability to the user and any third party. Users who use the network services of "Qike solidot" should bear their own risks. If charging service is involved, "Qike solidot" shall notify the user in advance before change, interruption or termination, and refund the overcharged service fee to the user according to the actual use of the service. However, "Qike solidot" will not bear any responsibility for network service interruption caused by force majeure, reasons beyond the control of "Qike solidot" or normal equipment maintenance and upgrading of the station.
• For any content and information transmitted via the "Qike solidot" service, "Qike solidot" does not guarantee the correctness and integrity. "Qike solidot" is not responsible for any of the above content and information. Users who use any of the above content and information shall bear their own risks. 13. Applicable laws; Dispute resolution

• Any dispute related to or arising from this Agreement shall be settled by both parties through friendly negotiation as far as possible; If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit to the people's court where the "Company" is registered.
14. Others
• "Qike solidot" may notify users of relevant matters through webpage announcement, email, SMS or other means, such as changes in "Qike solidot" service, modification of "this agreement" or privacy statement. Please update your contact information (especially email) in a timely manner.
• Any notice and various rules sent by "Qike solidot" shall form a part of the "Agreement", and shall be deemed to have been delivered to the recipient and become effective on the date of sending or publishing on "Qike solidot" website. If the user continues to use the "Qike solidot" service after the notice and various rules are sent or published, it is deemed that the user agrees to the content of the notice or rules. If the user fails to read the relevant notice or rules for any reason, "Geek Solid" will not bear any consequences arising therefrom.
• "This Agreement" constitutes the entire agreement between the two parties on the agreed matters of "this Agreement" and other related matters, replacing other agreements reached between "Geek Solid" and the user on the above matters.
• If any provision of this Agreement is invalid, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid.
• The failure of "Qike solidot" to exercise any right under the "Agreement" does not constitute a waiver of the above rights.
